These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Crystal Clear Pools & Spas services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


1. Program Description


Crystal Clear Pools & Spas may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.


2. How You Opt In

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

  • Submitting a form on our website with a checked consent box
  • Requesting information or services through an online contact or booking form
  • Providing consent during direct communication with our team

By opting in, you authorize Crystal Clear Pools & Spas to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.


3. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP"  to the (618) 244-2772. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.


4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.


5. Help and Support


If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (618) 244-2772.


6. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive Message frequency may vary. Typically 1–3 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.


7. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Last Updated date.


10. Age Restriction / Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or use this Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to the Service without notice.
